Neft Pomegranate Whip

Impress your guests with this striking and smooth pomegranate treat, garnished with rosemary and Luxardo cherry.

Ingredients

  • 50ml NEFT Vodka.
  • 25ml pomegranate juice syrup
  • 10ml maple syrup reduction
  • 10ml lime juice.
  • 1 dash aztec chocolate bitters.
  • 30ml egg whites

Directions


  1. Dry shake. Then add ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into Coupe glass building the egg-white foam to a proud.
  3. Garnish with Rosemary sprig and sink Luxardo cherry.
